What is Centipede?
Centipede is an AI tool that uses agents to connect to your company's data: it answers questions in plain language, builds dashboards and reports, and proactively analyzes your data every day.
Do I need to know about tech or programming to use it?
No. You talk to Centipede in plain language, just like a chat. Its agents handle the technical work and give you clear answers.
Where does my data live?
Wherever you decide. You can connect your own database, let us host it, or run Centipede on your own infrastructure. Access is read-only, encrypted, and auditable.
Does my data need to be clean and organized before we start?
No. Almost no company has perfect data, and you don't need it. Our team takes your information as it is, organizes it, and gets it ready for Centipede to understand. This process is called ETL, and it's part of the implementation.
Do you use my data to train models?
Never. Your data is never used to train AI models.
What about security and compliance?
Centipede is built for regulated environments: per-client isolation, role-based access control, and audit logging. We're in the process of SOC 2 Type II certification; you can check the status in our Trust Center.
What does implementation look like?
Every client gets a tailored integration. It's not an automatic sign-up: our team works alongside you to connect your sources and adapt the agents to your business.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes. The Centipede app is now available on the App Store and Google Play, with notifications so you receive your insights wherever you are. Access is for Centipede customers.
